Job Description
Training Scheduling - Based on the annual calendar, sessions to be scheduled, coordinate with attendees to meet the minimum class size as required.
Single point of contact for training venue booking, calendar booking, communication management with participants, attendance management, program feedback, post-course evaluation for all trainings as per the training plan.
Ensure data is recognized, organized, and accurately maintained for reporting purposes.
Closely coordinate with service provider and trainer to run the event smoothly. Reschedule of any session (if necessary) and related communications to be managed with Training Specialist.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or HR related degree
Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in HR Administration role or Training Administration or general office administration is desired.
Proficient at Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Oracle HRMS or any Learning Management system will be an advantage.
Should be able to multi-task and have good communication skills.
Basic data analytics capability is desirable.
