Job Description

Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.

Conduct market research, analyze trends, and compile insightful reports.

Assist in drafting and reviewing real estate contracts, leases, and other legal documents. Collaborate with marketing professionals to create captivating property listings and marketing materials.

Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing client concerns.

Organize and coordinate open houses, property showings, and networking events.

Maintain an organized and up-to-date client database and ensure confidentiality.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Required Skills:

Prior experience in a similar role within the real estate industry or Any telesales exp.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
