Job Description
Responsibilities:
Budget preparation for operation and pre-opening
Snagging / de-snagging and handover from project team
System training and document review
Tender SOW preparation for different services
Coordinate with another stakeholder to ensure smooth transition.
Follow up with project team for DLP period.
Setup operation plan
Work in utility charges and monthly billing.
Manage service providers.
Manage area and system handover process.
Understanding on policies, procedures, and protocols for the Facilities services (inc. Permit to Work System and Emergency Procedures)
Required Skills:
Data entry into business system
Report preparation.
Arranging quotations, raising purchase request and invoicing. Managing time sheets and attendance
Data analysis
Keeping the engineering group organized (tracking vacation, sick & personal days)
A keen eye for detail.
Previous experience working as an Admin.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/etc.)
UAE Driving license.
