Job Description

Responsibilities:

Measure and cut fabric to fit furniture pieces accurately

Sew upholstery materials using industrial sewing machines

Attach fabric to furniture frames using tools such as staple guns, tack hammers, and glue

Apply padding and cushioning to furniture

Perform repairs and reupholstering on existing furniture

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Required skills:

Proven experience as a furniture upholsterer

Proficiency with upholstery tools and sewing machines

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Ability to read and interpret design specifications

Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials

Excellent problem-solving skills
