Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials and tools.

Support tradespeople by providing tools, materials, and labor as needed.

Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, carrying materials, and assembling structures.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including disposing of debris and cleaning tools and equipment.

Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations on the job site.

Assist in measuring, cutting, and installing materials according to specifications.

Report any safety hazards or issues to the supervisor immediately.

Required skills:

Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus but not required.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods.

Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is beneficial.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.

Adherence to safety practices and attention to detail.
