Job Description

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine formwork requirements.

Construct, install, and dismantle wooden or metal shuttering systems for concrete pours.

Ensure formwork is properly aligned, supported, and securely fastened.

Inspect and measure formwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.

Collaborate with other construction workers to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Required skills:

Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter or in a similar carpentry role.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.

Strong understanding of formwork systems and techniques.

Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.

Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
