Job Description

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.

Ensure bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned, stocked, and maintained.

Maintain and organize housekeeping carts, equipment, and supplies.

Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the supervisor.

Adhere to hotel cleaning standards and procedures, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional service.

Required skills:

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.

Ability to work independently and efficiently while following established protocols.

Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.

Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
