Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials and tools.

Perform basic construction, maintenance, and repair tasks as directed.

Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools, materials, and assistance.

Operate and maintain hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Complete assigned tasks and duties as requested by supervisors or team leads.

Handle various manual labor tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and assembling materials.

Required skills:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.

Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance tasks is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
