Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Picking:

Accurately pick products from the inventory based on order slips.

Use handheld scanners or manual processes to identify and select items.

Ensure the correct quantities and items are picked according to the order.

Packing:

Pack products securely and efficiently into appropriate packaging materials.

Label packages with the correct shipping information.

Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly packed and protected.

Labeling:

Create and apply labels to products and packages as needed.

Ensure that all labeling is accurate and complies with company standards.

Maintain a clear and organized labeling area.

Scanning:

Use barcode scanners to record the movement of items within the warehouse.

Ensure all items are scanned correctly into the inventory system.

Perform regular audits to ensure the accuracy of scanned data.

General Warehouse Duties:

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Assist with inventory counts and audits.

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Report any discrepancies or issues to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
