Job Description

Responsibilities:

Managing the year-end 2024 performance cycle for all employees (government and semi-government entities), including follow-ups on pending IPCs, health-check reviews of IPCs, and reporting and analysis.

Facilitating and managing performance dispute meetings.

Providing guidance and support to employees and line managers throughout the performance cycle.

Supporting the team in the Automation of Performance Cycle (Smart Path) project.

Managing the Succession Planning Project.

Conducting salary benchmarking for new joiners and obtaining necessary salary approvals.

Performing job evaluations using the WTW Global Grading System.

Required Skills:

Mid- to senior-level professional with expertise in performance management, succession planning, HR operations, and job evaluation systems.
