Job Summary:

The Total Experience(TEX) Technical Advisor is responsible for growing new license, subscription & support, and services revenue for TEX portfolio within HCL Software. The Technical Advisor will ensure the customer’s requirements are met with a software solution, conduct product demonstrations, workshops, Proof of Concepts (PoC’s), and work with HCL Software Sales teams to shape and progress opportunities. The Technical Advisor is a Pre-Sales customer-facing role that takes a solution-based approach to identifying, progressing and closing both software and professional services opportunities. They will also work closely across HCL Software sales, product management, professional services, development, support, and client advocacy. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design comprehensive solutions addressing client business and IT challenges.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding new solution proposals and adjustments to existing ones.
• Lead the architectural process, ensuring appropriate solutions to achieve business and technical results.
• Facilitate effective communication among clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Promote HCL’s strategies and technologies in public forums and client engagements.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in IT consulting or pre-sales, with 7+ years in technology sales in a multi-national software vendor.
• Experience leading large multi-million dollar digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record in BFSI, Manufacturing, and Government verticals.
• Minimum 3+ years in an architectural role.
• Strong knowledge of HCL Software products, particularly in Digital Transformation and Total Experience (CX, EX, MX, GX).
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills
