Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assisting Students with their queries
Creating Student accounts
Assisting Students with installation of various applications (e.g. web browsers, PDF reader, Microsoft Office, Sage Accounts, etc.)
Providing guidance on navigating around the course platform and providing technical assistance and support to Students during their studies
Starting Students on their new courses via a video conference
Assisting the Enrolment Team with processing paperwork for new enrolments
Assisting Learning Coaches with monitoring Students’ progress
Maintaining computer filing system
Creating and maintaining accurate records of all support requests, incidents, and solutions provided
Contribute to the development of user documentation
Dealing with e-mails, text messages and phone calls from students
Booking and administering of Validation Tests and Resit Tests via a secure video conferencing system
Chasing outstanding payments from students
Generating Pitman and CPD certificates
Attending training courses to improve personal development
Completing and maintaining all relevant documentation according to deadlines
Undertaking any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the line manager.
