Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle NetSuite and other IT-related projects, ensuring timely
delivery and quality outcomes.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Understanding and scoping new requirements and their change effects
- Identify Innovative advancements and help to align with company objectives
- Testing and Implementing new Projects for Functional and operational improvement
- Coordinate with internal development teams to define technical requirements and deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and external vendors to manage contracts, timelines,
and deliverables.
- Foster clear and open communication among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on
project goals and progress.
- Oversee vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and
ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Evaluate and onboard new vendors as needed to support project objectives.
- Collaborate with the internal IT team to address operational challenges and troubleshoot issues.
- Step in during critical IT situations to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on business
operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and IT operational efficiency.
- Document best practices and lessons learned to optimize future projects.
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure project alignment with
organizational goals.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure staff are proficient in using Oracle NetSuite and
other implemented IT systems.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams to improve their understanding of
new processes and tools.
- Create user manuals, documentation, and FAQs for implemented IT solutions.
- Identify skill gaps within the team and recommend relevant training or certifications to bridge
these gaps.
- Stay updated on new features or updates in Oracle NetSuite and other systems and organize
knowledge-sharing sessions to keep teams informed.
