Job Description

1. Managing Oracle NetSuite Users Roles Profiles and its access with audit

2. Managing Users and Roles with access privileges with best practices and procedures

3. User level Support on NetSuite related tickets and identify needs to changes, Configure,

updates and upgrades on tickets

4. Understanding and scoping new requirements and its change effects

5. Creating New Forms, Workflows, Approvals, Reports, Scripts, Dashboards for Operations

6. Testing and Implementing new Projects for Functional and operational improvements

7. Maintain Proper Backups of changes done and its roll backs

8. Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.

9. Involve in continues IT Related learning and Training for employees on day-to-day operations

10. Identify Innovative advancements and help to align with company objectives

11. Integrating ERP with multiple software for ease of use and support new features

12. Supporting Operations for identifying and solving tickets which needs development assistance

13. Improve your skills on software development, not limited to oracle and make Implement

better organizational changes and seamless integrations through it

14. Suggest and Implement new Software’s, which are beneficial for Organization Improvements

Minimum

Qualifications &

Knowledge: · B.E/BSC – IT/Computer Science and Engineering Advance Degree or Relevant Certifications are Plus · Min 3 Year Experience in Oracle NetSuite along with Suitelet scripting · Good Communication skill with Knowledge in Project handling and end User Training · Knowledge in Company Functional process · Oracle NetSuite Certifications or Proven Experiences · Integrations and API will be added Plus

Minimum Experience: 2-4 Years In relevant Filed
