JOB REQUIREMENTS

Professional Experience

· Minimum 15 years of experience in leading Digital Transformation/Organization Development/Performance & Rewards

initiatives within HR, focusing on process automation and technology integration. Minimum 5 years of Leadership

experience

· Proven track record in developing and implementing Digital HR/Organization Development/ Performance and Reward

strategies aligned with business objectives.

· Strong leadership skills in managing and mentoring HR teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement

Academic Qualifications & Certifications

· Master’s degree in Human resources or Business Administration

· Certifications in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and professional HR certifications like SHRM-CP or CIPD are

advantageous and desirable
