Responsibilities
Processing customer orders and deliveries
Billing customers on delivered orders in SAP
Assigning orders to the local team for processing
Coordinating and managing all back-end operations including managing files, conducting research and analysis and other administrative tasks
Coordinate with various departments such as Sales, Finance, Product to ensure all actions are completed
Manage and update daily MIS in MS Excel and other CRM systems
Monthly MIS reports to be sent to the Team Leader and Manager
Handle incoming phone calls and emails, answer queries and provide assistance to team members and internal departments
Respond to clients queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Follow up to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests and complaints.
Required Skills
1-3 years proven work experience as a Customer Service cum Coordinator on similar roles
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce
Customer service experience within UAE desired.
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other CRM software (mandatory)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Sound knowledge of office management procedures and systems
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
