Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the holding company’s business goals.

Establish HR best practices that address the unique needs of each subsidiary while maintaining consistency across the group.

Drive cultural alignment and employee engagement initiatives across diverse industries.

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the holding company attracts and retains top talent.

Develop workforce planning strategies that align with business growth and expansion needs.

Implement talent development programs to build leadership pipelines across different business units.

Design and oversee a performance management system that drives accountability and professional growth.

Develop and implement training programs to upskill employees and enhance leadership capabilities.

Provide strategic guidance on succession planning and career development.

Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and international HR regulations across all business units.

Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry-specific requirements.

Work closely with legal and finance teams to manage employment contracts, disputes, and labor relations.

Develop fair and competitive compensation structures that attract and retain top talent.

Manage payroll, benefits, and incentive programs to ensure alignment with industry standards.

Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs to support workforce well-being.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Master’s degree in HR, MBA, or Organizational Development is preferred.

Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, CHRP, PHR, or SPHR are strongly preferred.

12+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Experience working in a holding company or multi-industry environment.

Strong background in construction, logistics, manufacturing, or real estate workforce management is a plus.

Knowledge of Saudi labor laws, workforce mobility, and compliance requirements.

Experience with HR digitalization and workforce automation tools.

Strong expertise in organizational development, change management, and HR transformation.

Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams across multiple industries.

Strong negotiation skills for contracts, employee relations, and executive-level discussions.

Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to collaborate across different business units.

Ability to work under pressure, manage complexity, and handle workforce fluctuations.

A strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

High attention to detail and organizational development expertise.
