Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network systems, and cloud based solutions.
Plan, implement, and manage IT security protocols to safeguard company data and systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Proactively monitor and maintain system performance, identifying and addressing potential problems before they occur.
Stay up to date on the latest IT trends and technologies, recommending and implementing cost-effective solutions.
Participate in the development and implementation of an IT budget strategy aligned with company needs.
Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure technology solutions support business objectives.
Oversee the procurement of IT equipment and software, ensuring best value for the company.
Document IT processes and procedures for efficient workflow and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3-4 years of experience in an IT support.
Strong working knowledge of various IT infrastructures, including hardware, software, network systems, and cloud-based solutions.
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving IT hardware, software, and network issues.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects effectively, and work independently while collaborating with others.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with relevant IT management tools.
