Job Description

Responsibilities:

Review and implement the planning process best practices in line with KPIs

Maintain and update forecast and Demand Planning through Integrated Business Planning meetings periodically in order to deliver consistent accuracy and customer objectives

Provide visibility from forecast to products delivery to the customer

Ensure availability of all healthcare stock-able product for RAFED’s customers,

Maintain optimal Days of Inventory, reliable and resilient (lead time) supply chain operations

Perform demand analysis, reasonability checks, aggregation of short term / long term, bottom up / top down forecast on all demand triggers

Monitor & eliminate loss through expiry, slow and non-moving stock status

Actively collaborate with Procurement team for improving Supplier performance

Provide Supply Chain input to Core Commercial Cycle and Clinical end user – customers 

Manage and develop planning team to achieve Supply Chain planning KPIs

Maintains a working knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards.

Maintain Quality files and records and the consequences of non-compliance.

Ensure the implementation of quality standards as per the agreed quality agreement with the principals

Ensure commitment and team progress towards the divisional mission, vision and core values through monthly team meetings.

Core Commercial Cycle/ Integrated Business Planning process adherence, to produce an accurate and unbiased healthcare forecast 

Supply Plans execution and address deviations vs plan to secure commercial execution as well as full visibility to stakeholders on supply risks 

Key contact person for clinical team, local Sales, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing department, Supply planning Hub 

Lead New Product Innovation meetings, ensuring alignment of business decisions with Supply Chain. It includes close collaboration with quality and regulatory departments 

Execute demand and supply planning activities in SAP ERP 

Inventory management and optimization (stock levels, safety stock review, inventory projections, slow / non movers analysis. Obsolete Stock identification and follow up actions) 

Provide management reports by customer for active business decisions and KPI’s

 Execute projects on supply chain planning to improve the business and new customers
