Job Description
Responsibilities:
Follow up with team members and collect information on stakeholder relationship management activities
Add, delete, and update stakeholder accounts on Client customer relationship management system
Conduct data cleansing activities on Client CRM data base
Run automated reports on customer relationship management system when requested
Provide clarifications on the reports generated customer relationship management system
Increase the awareness levels of internal stakeholders on customer relationship management systems
Collect inquiries from team members and other stakeholders on customer relationship management system and provide on-the-ground support
Communicate with customer relationship management system software implementation teams during system updates/ enhancements
Coordinate with Client IT teams to resolve any system related issues
Required Skills
Diploma in a related field
0-3 Years of relevant experience
