Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Monitor and maintain building management systems (BMS).
• Install electrical and plumbing fixtures, piping, and wiring according to technical drawings and safety codes.
• Coordinate with other technicians and departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Maintain records of work performed and parts used.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company procedures at all times.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing (ITI or equivalent).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in MEP maintenance or facility management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical panels, and plumbing repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in different environments.
