Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Drive leadership team assessments and work closely with Transition Leader and M&A Director to implement necessary organizational changes that align leadership and structure with evolving business goals.
Design and implement a comprehensive 12-month leadership team building program focused on driving trust, commitment, and accountability, while also strengthening relationships with the NP leadership team.
Conduct in-depth people reviews, focusing on key talents and high-potential employees to assess performance and identify competencies gaps.
Develop and execute retention and development plans based on insights gathered from people reviews, ensuring that key talent is nurtured and aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
Lead and facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring clear communication and active support for employees as they navigate the integration process.
Develop and implement tailored communication strategies that articulate the vision, benefits, and strategic goals of integration, addressing employee concerns proactively.
Provide coaching and strategic guidance to managers, enabling them to effectively lead their teams through change, build resilience, and foster a positive transition culture.
Continuously monitor employee engagement, morale, and productivity throughout the integration process, adapting strategies to maintain alignment and minimize disruption
Design and execute targeted employee engagement programs that foster collaboration, cohesion, and alignment with the company's mission, culture, and integration goals.
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, offering guidance and resources to help them navigate integration-related challenges and opportunities.
Foster a positive work environment and organizational culture by actively listening to employee feedback, addressing concerns promptly, and implementing solutions that enhance morale and productivity.
Identify critical training needs related to the integration, including cross-functional training, systems training, and leadership development programs that enhance employee readiness for organizational changes.
Develop and deliver tailored training content that ensures employees understand new processes, systems, and structural changes, promoting a smooth transition.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback and performance metrics, continuously improving programs to meet employee needs and integration objectives.
