Job Description
Responsibilities:
Expert knowledge on Smart Locks/ Access Control, Home Automation is required so that the candidate can perform:
Technical assessment of locks,
Repair and reconfigure locks
installation of locks at customer places
Managing warranty and AMCs
Dealing with customers for technical support
Managing the customer complaints and resolving the complaints in the specified time period
Preparing reports on customer complaints and replacements
Submitting the customer complaints report to Philips and receiving the parts at right time from Philips
Making sure that enough spare parts are available in office at any point of time
Submitting the installation reports weekly to the Manager
Must do carpentry works, whenever required
Required Skills
Engineering Degree or Diploma
Minimum 5 years’ experience (minimum 3 year in Smart Locks, access control, CCTV, Home Automation)
Excellent English language - Written and verbal
Pleasant behaviour
UAE Driving License
