Job Description
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects and services.
Provide accurate and complete information about available properties, pricing, and terms.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and handle inquiries efficiently.
Maintain a detailed database of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable property options.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion rates.
Address customer concerns and provide solutions promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies.
Required Skills
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Telesales, preferably in Real Estate.
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to speak a foreign language is a strong advantage.
Preferred languages include Russian, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic.
Strong negotiation skills and persuasive ability.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High energy, positive attitude, and ability to handle rejections gracefully.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
