Responsibilities:
The Document Controller ensures the efficient and accurate management of financial documents, specifically invoices, across multiple receipt channels.
Responsibilities include validating and processing invoices, coordinating with vendors for corrections, assembling invoice bundles, preparing transmittal documents, and tracking discrepancies.
The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication with internal teams and vendors.
Proficiency in Excel and document management systems is essential.
Required Skills
2+ years’ experience in document control or financial admin roles
Strong skills in Excel and document filing/tracking
Ability to manage deadlines, follow up, and handle high volumes
Having a valid UAE driving license.
