Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to electrical safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout, working near/live equipment, and safe tool usage.

• Obtain and manage daily Permit to Work (PTW) and ensure all related safety compliance.

• Liaise with the project team for daily activity coordination and safety planning.

• Implement and follow approved Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS).

• Conduct routine safety inspections and halt work in case of unsafe acts or conditions.

• Ensure all equipment, ladders, and scaffolding are inspected and certified for safe use.

• Provide daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) to the workforce and maintain engagement on safety awareness.

• Investigate incidents, near misses, and recommend corrective actions.

• Prepare and submit daily safety reports; maintain logs for TBT, Near Misses, and inspections.

• Ensure compliance with Siemens safety standards, Dubai Municipality Code of Construction, and Ministry of Health regulations.

• Collaborate closely with project and site management to address and rectify EHS concerns.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of EHS experience in construction or MEP projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.

• NEBOSH IGC certification – Mandatory.

• OSHAD Practitioner certification – Preferred.

• UAE Driving License – Required.

• Strong communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to relocate and manage safety across various project locations in the UAE.
