YOUR PROFILE
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science,
Supply Chain Management, or a related STEM field.
• Consultants: 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial digital
transformation.
• Senior Consultants: 5+ years of experience in a consulting, systems integration, or product
ownership role in areas such as MES, IIoT, or Smart Factory transformation.
• Prior experience in the Middle East region or exposure to multinational project
environments is a strong advantage.
Technical & Industry Expertise
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations, such as
discrete or process manufacturing, logistics, production planning, and quality
management.
• Strong conceptual understanding of data modeling, analytics, and visualization—
experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Azure Synapse is a plus.
• Exposure to AI/ML use cases in predictive maintenance, quality control, or supply chain
forecasting is desirable.
Languages & Mobility
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in or strong interest in the Middle East industrial market.
