YOUR PROFILE
Education & Experience
• Director: 10+ years of experience with client-facing leadership in consulting or industry
with supply chain focus.
• Manager: 5+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, consulting, or transformation
roles.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or Operations Research.
• Prior experience in consulting or large-scale industrial transformation is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, from shop floor to
boardroom.
• Passion for innovation, problem solving, and delivering measurable business impact.
Technical & Industry Expertise
• Deep expertise in at least two supply chain-specific areas: demand planning, S&OP,
logistics optimization, sourcing, inventory management.
• Knowledge of relevant technologies and tools (e.g., ERP, advanced planning systems,
analytics/BI platforms).Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver
measurable financial and operational improvements.
Languages & Mobility
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in or strong interest in the Middle East industrial market
