Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage strategic asset tracking,

Dive into the current investment portfolio, document overall the asset management status and study the latest trends in terms of its IRR, shortcomings, risks and benefits,

Be supportive of the Finance team to provide guidance on fund management

Review the asset management and suggest changes and tweaks to the investments as and when required

Liaise with auditors, property managers, income tax executives and other professionals on matters relating to asset management

Analyze and predict future economic trends and how they will affect the financial asset management

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics

Master’s degree in finance, or an MBA

Licensed professional i.e., Certification in public accounting or as a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)

Strong knowledge of financial management or modelling and understanding of financial regulations

Outstanding organizational and communication skills

Prior experience working as an asset manager,

Similar role in at least one of the big Four could be considered as a +

Extensive experience using Microsoft Office tools, MP included.

Experienced working both independently and as a part of a team
