Job Description
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Assist in developing and implementing global sales strategies to meet revenue targets .
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company’s global footprint.
Support the Sales Manager in setting sales goals, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Client & Account Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Address customer inquiries, negotiate contracts, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with customer needs
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors affecting global sales.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
Support and mentor junior sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Work closely with regional sales teams to ensure alignment with global strategies.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth order processing and compliance.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
Track KPIs, analyze sales performance, and recommend corrective actions when needed.
Ensure CRM (e.g., Salesforce) is updated with accurate client and sales data.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Global Markets Sales or Front Office role within a financial institution.
Familiarity with [specify industry, e.g., FMCG, tech, pharmaceuticals] and international trade regulations.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable client strategies.
