Job Description

Responsibilities:

Follow up on the team’s duties and responsibilities and evaluate their performance

Initiate all Procurement and Administration Department communication with Client UAE and Egypt

Regular follow up on all tasks with all departments

Participate in resolving problems/difficulties notified by Procurement & Administration teams

Regular Meetings to be held to improve work quality and communication

Identification of areas of improvement, finalization and signoff

Saving on overall spending by finding competitive prices compared to past quotes

Maintain a relationship with suppliers, handle their complaints and communicate any updates

Overlooking Bank Misr UAE branch and head office requirements

Overlooking bank facilities and assets

Overlooking Procurement & Contracts renewals

Overlooking all payments related to the Procurement & Administration Department

Overlooking the Procurement & Administration estimated budget during budget setting

Overlooking internal and external Events for BM UAE

Overlooking Egypt Head Office business visits to UAE

Overlooking hotel reservations & flight tickets for UAE employees

Overlooking security, health and safety at the workplace through the Security & Safety Team

Identification of areas of improvement and suggest improvement in the department process with other departments and get it approved

Adhere to all organization policies and procedures

Required Skills

A relevant bachelor’s degree from a reputed University with related experience

Excellent knowledge of administrative processes and tasks

Master’s degree in administration or general management discipline

Fluent Arabic and English

Minimum 10 years banking experience
