Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, and maintain air conditioning systems (split units, window units, central systems, etc.)

• Troubleshoot and repair AC system malfunctions, including mechanical and electrical components.

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.

• Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

• Recharge refrigerants and check for refrigerant leaks.

• Replace or repair worn or defective parts such as compressors, fans, and thermostats.

• Maintain service records and provide detailed reports on work completed.

• Respond promptly to service calls and complete tasks in a timely manner.

• Assist in planning and estimating repair jobs and installation projects.
