Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Change Management Engineer who can lead seamless transitions during Microsoft Cloud and device migration projects. If you have a passion for driving change with minimal disruption and strong stakeholder engagement, we’d love to connect!

What you’ll be doing:

Designing and executing change strategies for cloud/device migrations Engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth adoption Conducting impact analyses and risk mitigation planning Delivering user training and support programs Documenting processes and generating change reports Monitoring progress, gathering feedback & reporting KPIs Driving continuous improvement in change management processes

What we’re looking for:

8+ years in change management, ideally with Microsoft Cloud experience Strong knowledge of Azure, Office 365, and device management solutions Proven ability to lead training, communicate with stakeholders, and manage resistance Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) preferred Agile and ITIL knowledge is a bonus
