With a strong foundation in Dubai and existing infrastructure in Poland, we are launching localized staffing and recruitment operations to cater to white-collar and blue-collar workforce demands within Europe.

Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Business Head to lead our staffing and outsourcing operations withing CEE region, with a primary focus on the Polish market and eventual expansion across the EU. This role requires deep expertise in local sourcing, workforce management, and business development within the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end operations for local staffing and recruitment across Europe, starting with Poland
  • Build, manage, and scale operational and delivery teams to support large-scale workforce placements
  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for client acquisition and business growth
  • Establish strong client relationships across multiple sectors for both white- and blue-collar outsourcing
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery, compliance with local labor laws, and operational excellence
  • Drive financial performance, budgeting, and long-term business planning
  • Identify new markets and service opportunities across the European staffing landscape

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in staffing, outsourcing, or workforce solutions
  • Proven track record managing large-scale operations (500–1000+ personnel)
  • Strong business development background in European markets
  • In-depth understanding of local hiring practices and employment regulations across Europe
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Based in Poland (preferred), or candidates elsewhere in Europe
