• Proven experience in outdoor sales or similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

Work Conditions:

• Field-based role with extensive travel.

• May involve working under different weather conditions
