Job Description
Responsibilities:
Ensure and review the FM service provider contracted with all specialist contractor/Third party as per the contract for all assigned projects.
Review FM monthly reports for respective facilities and assets.
Ensure service standards are maintained in line with Provis and Client defined requirements
Follow up with the FM Service Provider for energy saving initiatives in coordination with the Technical Engineer
Ensure all statutory requirements are met as per contractual and local authority requirement
To ensure timely rectification of all technical service requests.
Ensure Service Providers attend to all emergencies, urgent & routine issues as they arise and deal with consequences.
Ensure maintenance & testing of all fire & life safety systems are conducted in line with Service Provider contractual agreement.
Ensure Emergency Escalation chart, Emergency procedures are developed and updated on site in coordination with HSE guidelines.
Ensure Monthly Energy consumptions schedule/report which includes Electricity, Water and Chilled water & Gas are in place.
Develop scope of work (SOW) and proposals for all technical services.
Manage tender evaluation and analysis for technical services in accordance with Provis standards.
Required Skills
Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical).
Certification in facilities management and other relevant technical trades (RICS, IFMA).
Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management oversight and delivery, with demonstrated experience managing multiple projects preferred.
Ability to interact tactfully and effectively.
Strong problem analysis, solving and research skills.
Strong presentation skills
Pro-Active management skills.
Ability to convey message politely, tactfully, and confidently in conflicts or challenging situations.
Ability to provide coaching, feedback and on the job training when needed.
Ability to utilize available resources effectively.
