Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

Write and publish SEO-optimized articles and blog content for the company website and relevant platforms to support organic growth.

Set specific objectives and report on ROI

Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)

Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency

Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook /Instagram timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)

Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Develop thought leadership content in collaboration with subject matter experts and AC leadership to enhance Arton’s industry positioning.

Ensure all long-form content aligns with search engine optimisation best practices (keywords, structure, meta descriptions, internal linking).

Required Skills

3 to 5 years of experience in a social media or digital content creation role, ideally within a marketing or communications team.

Proven track record of managing and growing branded social media accounts, with measurable impact on engagement and reach.

Hands-on experience creating high-quality content in various media formats, including written, visual, and video.

Demonstrated ability to plan and execute content strategies that support business objectives and brand awareness.

Experience working across departments (e.g., marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.

Background in professional services, luxury, hospitality, or financial industries is an asset.

Portfolio of published SEO articles, blogs, or executive content (e.g., ghostwritten LinkedIn posts, opinion pieces, or whitepapers) is highly desirable.
