As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across the industrial, marine, energy, and oil & gas sectors. You’ll play a crucial role in a resilient, growth-oriented business pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategy to acquire new clients in the GCC region, focusing on marine, fabrication, infrastructure, and energy sectors.
  • Generate and qualify leads, manage proposal development, and drive deal negotiations through to close.
  • Attend industry events and represent the company in a professional, consultative manner.
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to develop tailored solutions for new client needs.
  • Maintain strong market intelligence and competitor awareness.
  • Report regularly on pipeline status, new opportunities, and conversion metrics.

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of business development experience in industrial services, protective coatings and oil & gas marine sectors.
  • Proven track record of closing new business and generating sustainable revenue growth.
  • Strong network within GCC industrial markets is highly desirable.
  • Commercial acumen, negotiation expertise, and a strategic approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently and align with senior leadership on growth priorities.
