Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and firefighting systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment.
• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits, plumbing networks, pumps, motors, and HVAC units.
• Maintain logs and records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Coordinate with other technicians and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
