Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate light-duty vehicles (car, van, or small pickup).
• Transport staff, goods, or documents to designated locations as per schedule.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and fuel levels.
• Adhere to all traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle and report any issues or maintenance needs.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials when required.
• Maintain daily trip records, mileage logs, and fuel usage reports.
• Deliver urgent packages or documents promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the company.
