Job Description

Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & Operations

Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable IT systems across all facilities

Oversee network architecture, data centres, and hardware/software procurement

Compliance & Security

Ensure full compliance with CBAHI standards and other healthcare regulations

Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and data protection protocols

Systems Integration

Lead the integration of EMR/EHR systems, patient portals, and clinical applications

Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless interoperability

Strategic Planning & Budgeting

Develop the IT roadmap aligned with business growth and digital transformation goals

Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and service-level agreements

Team Leadership & Support

Build and manage a high-performing IT team

Provide technical support and training to staff across departments

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (master’s preferred)

7+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in healthcare

Proven experience with CBAHI implementation and healthcare IT systems

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and infrastructure planning

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred)
