We are seeking a qualified and experienced Speech & Language Therapist (SLT) to join our multidisciplinary team at a new clinic opening in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia by the end of 2025. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and currently licensed to practice in Saudi Arabia, with a strong background in treating communication and language disorders in children and/or adults.

 

Requirements:

 

Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia

Valid SCFHS license

Fluent in Arabic (English proficiency preferred)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology/Therapy

Minimum 3 to 10 years of experience

 

Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations with speech, language, voice, fluency, or swallowing disorders

Strong assessment, diagnosis, and intervention planning skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Culturally competent and patient-focused approach

 

 

Location: Riyadh

Working Days: 5 days per week

Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Clinic operates 7 days a week (clinicians follow scheduled shifts)

 

 

Competitive fixed salary (aligned with Saudi market standards)

Revenue-share model in addition to base salary (percentage to be confirmed)
