Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AEP - RT-CDP Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), specifically Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), and possess expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Journey Optimizer. This role will be pivotal in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions, integrating APIs, and optimizing customer experiences across multiple digital channels.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and high-performance technical solutions using Adobe Experience Platform and RT-CDP.
Design, develop, and implement Real-Time CDP solutions, focusing on customer data management, segmentation, and audience targeting, ensuring seamless integration with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, and other Adobe solutions.
Implement Adobe Journey Optimizer for orchestrating personalized customer journeys across various touchpoints.
Integrate and manage API connections for third-party systems and external applications, ensuring smooth data flows and system interoperability.
Work closely with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements, translate them into actionable deliverables, and ensure solutions are delivered on time and within scope.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on AEP, RT-CDP, and other Adobe-related technologies, while ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Adobe Experience Platform, ensuring the system is optimized for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure that Adobe Journey Analytics is used effectively to track and optimize customer journey performance.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Adobe technologies, and integrate these into our development processes to drive continuous improvement.
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure compliance with coding standards across the team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform architecture, customization, and configuration, specifically in Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP).
Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Proficient in integrating and managing data flows between Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, and other third-party systems via APIs.
In-depth understanding of Adobe Real-Time CDP for customer data management, profile unification, segmentation, and audience creation.
Expertise in working with RESTful APIs, including API integration and data synchronization across multiple systems.
Strong skills in data modeling and the ability to create and manage XDM schemas for handling customer profiles and segments.
Experience in designing personalized, data-driven customer journeys leveraging Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Proven ability to lead complex technical projects, including implementation and troubleshooting.
Ability to work in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning and execution.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Adobe Experience Platform certification or relevant Adobe MarTech product certifications.
Previous experience in large-scale AEP or RT-CDP implementations, ideally in a customer-focused environment.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience working with multi-cloud environments and large datasets.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing technologies and customer data management.
