Brief JD: UX Banking Consultant

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced UX Banking Consultant to support our digital banking initiatives. The consultant will play a key role in designing and optimizing user journeys, ensuring that digital products deliver seamless, intuitive, and engaging customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess current digital channels and identify UX/UI improvement opportunities.
  • Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes tailored to banking services.
  • Conduct usability testing and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams for implementation.
  • Advise on UX best practices, accessibility, and design system standards.
  • Benchmark against digital banking and fintech UX trends.

 Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in UX design within banking, fintech, or financial services.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Strong knowledge of user research, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
  • Understanding of customer behavior and digital banking processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills
