Overview:
We are seeking an experienced UX Banking Consultant to support our digital banking initiatives. The consultant will play a key role in designing and optimizing user journeys, ensuring that digital products deliver seamless, intuitive, and engaging customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current digital channels and identify UX/UI improvement opportunities.
- Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes tailored to banking services.
- Conduct usability testing and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams for implementation.
- Advise on UX best practices, accessibility, and design system standards.
- Benchmark against digital banking and fintech UX trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UX design within banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong knowledge of user research, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
- Understanding of customer behavior and digital banking processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills
