Job Description

Responsibilities:

Supervise the handover process from construction to operation and establish the handover procedures of the project.

Works closely with Projects team on ground for the facilities management requirements during construction stage.

Ensure all deliverables, including QCRs, Training / O&M manuals, as built drawings, asset registers, warranties, test certificates are received.

Coordinate snagging & de-snagging with contractors, consultant, operations and service providers.

Perform physical site inspections and liaise with project teams to track progress of handover deliverables and raise issues where necessary.

Prepare reports, trackers, and documentation for project close outs.

Prepares project closeout reports in coordination with stakeholders.

Required Skills

Minimum Graduate Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or other relevant discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role with developer or in a large facility management or construction company and should be capable of having basic knowledge in understanding all walks of construction and infrastructure activities including Civil and MEP related terminologies

Excellent English language skills required both written and communication.

Sound knowledge in Microsoft office tools like word, excel, PowerPoint etc.

Working knowledge in presentation & reporting tools.

Ability and flexibility to adapt to change.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with FM handover procedures within development projects or construction.

Exposure to large-scale projects or working with developers, consultants, or contractors.

Candidate with UAE Driving License has an added advantage.
