We are looking for an experienced Recruiter based in Australia or Remotely working on for Australian Nurses with a strong background in hiring U.S. Registered Nurses (USRN) for healthcare roles in the United States. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in international healthcare recruitment and a solid understanding of U.S. visa processing, specifically EB (Employment-Based), E-3 (Australia), or TN (Canada/Mexico) visa categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified USRNs for placement in U.S. with Edgemont.
• Coordinate with Innovation/Edgemont for international licensing and credentialing if its required (e.g., NCLEX, CGFNS, VisaScreen)
• Work closely Innovation/Edgemont to manage and support candidates through EB, E-3, or TN visa processes.
• Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with U.S. based recruitment and operations teams to meet hiring goals.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in recruiting U.S. Registered Nurses (USRN) for the U.S. market.
• Based in Australia or remote, with the flexibility to work across international time zones.
• In-depth knowledge of international recruitment, including EB, E-3, and TN visa processing.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
