Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and rate analysis for all civil works.

Conduct site surveys and prepare BOQ based on drawings and actual conditions.

Collect and analyze market rates of materials, suppliers, and manpower on a regular basis.

Evaluate technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ensure accurate estimations.

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.

Assist in project planning, budgeting, and cost control.

Provide value engineering options wherever possible to optimize project costs.

Maintain updated records of project costs and prepare comparison reports.

Support the project team in site handling and monitoring work progress.

Work with AutoCAD drawings for estimation purposes and review 3D renderings/designs for cost evaluation.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5–7 years of UAE experience in estimation and site handling.

Strong knowledge of suppliers, subcontractors, and market pricing.

Ability to prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and rate analysis independently.

Excellent knowledge of civil engineering drawings and specifications.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to interpret 3D renderings for estimation purposes.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Driving license and car is mandatory (Fuel allowance will be provided by the company).
