Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist the Production Engineer in daily operational and maintenance activities.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery and equipment.

Monitor machine performance, identify faults, and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

Coordinate with the production team to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.

Maintain records of maintenance activities and report any recurring issues.

Support installation and commissioning of new equipment when required.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational procedures within the production area.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

2 to 5 years of experience in machinery maintenance, factory operations, or production environments (experience in wood industry).

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
