Job Description
Responsibilities:
Perform administrative and office support activities for Recruitment section. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
Assist with different HR related activities.
Assist in checking application forms and shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates and other administrative tasks as required to facilitating the recruitment of a qualified workforce.
Assist in compiling and assessing CVs for suitability, preparing summary CVs for easier evaluation by department heads, and coordinate with candidates for outcome after assessment.
Coordinate interview arrangements, including venues and times, and follow this information up with candidates
Assist with job offers for successful candidates, in line with the Compensation and Benefits Grading Structure
Assist in the completion of the full recruitment cycle , ensure completion of all paperwork to Fulfill joining formalities and that all recruitment activities confirm to UAE Labour laws and assist with the training and orientation programs for new hires
Coordinate with appropriate channels of sourcing CVs through recruitment agencies, job portals, social and print media, and career advisory services in institutions
Assist with ensuring adherence to and the regular review of recruitment processes and procedures.
Assist in maintaining Government clearances for selected candidates and update the Government approvals track
Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment initiatives including career fairs and liaising with external organizations as appropriate.
Maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive and confidential data, ensuring that all data is retained and disposed of in compliance with regulations
Adhere to the University's information security and confidentiality policies and procedures, and report breaches or other security risks accordingly
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate the accomplishment of tasks and responsibilities, as and when needed
Demonstrate a strong commitment and practice to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
Required Skills
An associate degree or Diploma in a related field.
A minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
