Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems (split units, package units, ducting, etc.).

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in air conditioning systems.

• Install, repair, and replace air conditioners, thermostats, compressors, and other components.

• Clean and replace air filters, ducts, and vents as needed.

• Perform general handyman duties such as minor electrical, plumbing, or carpentry work.

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
